Mitsubishi - Distinguished Dealer of the Year 2009
Recently we were awarded the prestigious "Distinguished Dealer 2009" award from Mitsubishi.
The award recognises many facets including Customer Satisfaction in Sales and Service as measured independently by AC Nielsen, overall Sales Performance as well as Business Management and Staff Development.
In 2009 our Ballarat Dealership sold more Mitsubishis than any other dealer in all of South Australia, Tasmania, Rural and Provincial Victoria as well as outsold many metropolitan dealerships.
Currently the Dealership in 2010 is leading it's category (medium to large) Nationally in Mitsubishi in both Sales and Service Customer Satisfaction as measured by AC Nielsen.
So not only do Kings Cars sell vehicles in large numbers but more importantly it's Sales and Service Customer's are officially the most happiest in the country.
This achievement is in keeping with our stated aim...."The Customer MUST be Satisfied", the true measure of our success.
We are always learning and improving our processes and are determined to never loose sight of the reason for our success to date, and that is our Customer's Satisfaction and our desire to continually meet and exceed their expectations each and every day.
